Profile Tech carries a substantial range of Australian standard Certified mild steel: grade 250, grade 350, and Quench and Tempered wear plates on site for your processing requirements. We readily source specialised plate upon request. We provide quality control compliance, test certs and traceability where required.
WE operate 3 lasers, including our most recent acquisition, a 30kw with a 2.4mt by 6.0 mt bed. This allows us to offer industry leading quality, competitive pricing and excellent lead times.
Our 230amp high definition plasma can process 10.5mt by 5mt, with ability to handle the largest plate sizing, 12,000x3200 plate stock.
Our plasma includes high definition oxy and automated drilling for accurate processing.
